The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice or Microsoft Word document file format.
Where available, URLs and/or DOI for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate location, rather than at the end of the paper.
The submission is supplemented by the files containing figures that are saved in appropriate formats:
Photos and scanned images (resolution – no less than 300 dpi) in file formats: *.tif, *png, *.jpg,
Diagrams, charts, schemes in file formats: *.pdf, *.eps, *.cdr, *.xls, *.xlsx, *.dwg as a separate attachment are preferable, but currently are not obligatory.
Author Guidelines
Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.
Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.
An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.
Articles can be rejected before peer review in case of low overall quality, if the topic of the research is out of the scope of the Journal, if important sections are missing in an article, or in case any other significant problem appears. All submitted articles must have the innovative significance. The significance of research topic should be explaned in abstract and introductory part of the research paper. The abstract must contain topicallity of the research, aim of the research, used methods of the research and short summary of findings.
Information regarding survey of the research can be added as well. It will be a question of discussion and of a particular case to keep it to the original research, or not.
The following list will be useful during the final check of an article prior to the submission. Before sending the manuscript to the Journal for review, author/authors should ensure the following:

The text is prepared with a word processor and saved in .DOCX file (MS Office). If only older version of MS Office is available, then save in .DOC format.
One author has been designated as the corresponding author.
All authors should provide their e-mail addresses.
The manuscript has been spell-checked and grammar-checked.
References are in the correct APA reference format for this Journal. MS Office reference generator or Mendeley tool can be used.
All references mentioned in the Reference list are cited in the text, and vice versa.
Author/authors does/do not supply files that are too low in resolution. Authors should submit all images, schemes, diagrams as supplementary files through Open Journal System or in one .zip file.
The submitted graphics are not disproportionately large for the content.
Authors are requested to submit signed and scanned License to Publish Agreement and Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form filled and signed by each author upon request before the manuscript is published. Editorial Board of BJREECM Journal may ask from Author(s) to send the signed original of the agreement. Submitted articles should not be published or should not be submitted for publishing to any other journal or publishing house. Articles should not contain illegal, fraudulent or inaccurate/falsificate information. Language should be standard English with appropriate and up-to-date scientific terms used. Authors should have an approved permission in case of reproduction of any copyright material. If a figure or other graphical material, such as Table, etc., created by another author is used, authors should have a written permission from an author of the original work. Editorial Team may ask for such a proof.
In case, because of the above-mentioned reasons (e.g., reproduction), some costs appeared to the Publisher or Journal, these related costs (losses) can be asked from the author(s).
